  • Mike Warmuth

    Mike Warmuth currently serves on several for-profit, academic, and not-for-profit Boards. Prior to that, he worked for EW Healthcare as an Operating Partner in the New York office, following a career with Abbott Laboratories. At Abbott, he spent five years as Executive Vice President, leading the Established Pharmaceuticals division, where he held full P&L responsibility for more than $4 billion in revenue and led several major M&A transactions. Prior to Established Pharmaceuticals, he held senior leadership roles in Diagnostics, Hematology, Global Engineering Services, and Global Pharmaceutical Operations. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and his Master’s degree in Business Administration from Northwestern University. He provides valuable mentorship to UW-Whitewater Enactus students.

  • Jim Caldwell

    Jim Caldwell is CEO and Owner of First Citizens Bank in Whitewater, WI. He is an avid supporter of the university and continues to encourage and help build entrepreneurial ecosystem for the region. He has served on our board since Enactus was launched at UW-Whitewater.

  • Dave Adam

    Forward-thinking, a creative financial professional who plays an active leadership role in non-profits (currently in conservation and archaeology) and in mentoring start-ups. Dave provides great insights and perspective to help the teamwork collaboratively and address real-world issues. 

  • Sara Amiri

    Senior Agile Project Manager Turning Vision Into Reality at Volkswagen Group. Sara was part of the first UWW Enactus presentation team and has continued bringing her energy, vision, insights to help grow the chapter. She has a keen eye for outcomes in Enactus projects and guides the team towards them. As a power networker, she continues to open the doors for our chapter on a regular basis.

  • Peter Layton

    Peter J. Layton is a founding partner of Efficient Capital Management, LLC, Chairman of the BOX Options Exchange LLC, and CEO of the Tallgrass Group. BOX is an automated equity options market exchange and Tallgrass is the parent company of several ecological restoration corporations. Peter was the person who brought Enactus to UW-Whitewater and has mentored the team since 2011.

  • Susan Johnson

    Susan Johnson is the CEO of Fort Community Credit Union. With a passion for the community and a keen understanding of business principles, she has been invaluable to our team. She has led her organization to focus on community engagement at multiple levels. Optimism and kindness are her DNA and she brings incredible positivity to our team.

  • Mark Leslie

    Experienced Retail VP | Executive Business Leader | Business Development Strategist | Innovative Thinker. As a highly experienced, performance-driven and results oriented leader, Mark played a critical role in helping our UWW Enactus team become USA National Champions this year.

  • Blair Kessler

    Blair Kessler is the founder and managing director of Three Zero Growth. Before founding Three Zero Growth, he spent nearly two decades helping organizations grow with discipline and purpose, first as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company and later as Chief Commercial Officer at GoHealth. He earned his undergraduate degree at Northwestern and his MBA at Kellogg. Today, through Three Zero Growth, he is focused full-time on finding and acquiring one enduring founder-owned business in Wisconsin – and stepping in as a long-term, hands-on CEO and steward.
